Expansion Strategy & Capital Raise – Villa Andina
I-DEV led the capital raise process on working capital and long-term debt financing for Villa Andina, a fair trade and organic agri-processor that produces superior quality indigenous agri-food products from the Peruvian Andes. With the infusion of growth capital from Grassroots Business Fund, Villa Andina was able to build a new ISO 22000 and HACCP certified manufacturing facility, more than tripling its production capacity, and enabling the company to become the world’s largest supplier of organic goldenberry.
In addition to capital raise, I-DEV provided consulting and strategy support to Villa Andina in anticipation of the capital raise process.
