Colombia Investment Mapping – Grassroots Business Fund (GBF)
I-DEV was hired by Grassroots Business Fund (GBF) to conduct a landscape mapping of high potential businesses in Colombia in order to identify investment opportunities that met the fund’s unique criteria. I-DEV identified investment opportunities that have successfully helped GBF to expand its presence in Latin America, and resulted in several new or pending investments that are being reviewed by GBF’s internal investment committee.
GBF subsequently invested in Off-Bound Adventures, a Colombian Outdoor Education Company, which organizes and executes educational trips that target 6 to 17 year old students, mainly from high income Colombian schools.
