I-DEV Africa (Nairobi, Kenya)
The Africa Director will lead business development and revenue generation for I-DEV’s Africa Office, while also playing a key role in managing and mentoring the team across both Insight & Strategy and Investment Advisory engagements. Min. 10 years relevant experience in strategy and investments. Significant experience in at least 2 of I-DEV focus sectors: clean energy, agriculture, tech, FMCG/CPG.
Associate Partner (Africa)
The Associate Partner will play a key leadership role in managing teams and client relationships for I-DEV’s Africa Office across strategy and investment engagements. Min. 7 years relevant experience at a top international strategy or management consulting firm. Experience in at least 2 of these sectors a must: clean energy, agriculture, tech, FMCG/CPG.
Senior Associate (Africa)
The Senior Associate will act as a client relationship manager, lead consulting engagements and oversee teams of Associates/Analysts to develop strategies and solutions for clients ranging from the World Bank to local and regional FMCG and manufacturing firms. Senior Associates will also support investors and international development clients on due diligence. Min. 5 years relevant experience at a top strategy or management consulting firm.
Associate, Insight & Strategy Group (Africa)
Associates will conduct research, field analysis and focus groups, and support the development of strategies and solutions. Min. 2 years relevant consulting/strategy experience at a top firm.
I-DEV Latin America (Lima, Peru)
Latin America Director
The Latin America Director will lead business development and revenue generation for I-DEV’s Latin America Office, and play a key role in managing and mentoring the team, primarily focused on growing the regional Insight & Strategy practice. Min. 10 years relevant experience in strategy and investments. Significant experience in at least 2 of I-DEV focus sectors: clean energy, agriculture, tech, FMCG/CPG.
Analysts will be mentored by Associates and Senior Associates to whom they offer general support to conduct research, develop presentations and proposals, review and screen financials and support financial modeling and investment advisory or strategy work. Min. 1 year experience in banking or consulting.
Associate Fellowship Program
Associate Fellows act as full-time Associates during a 6-month fellowship, which offers immersion training and direct project experience for former consultants, bankers or strategists seeking to gain experience in impact investing, SME and development sectors. This fellowship is perfect for career transitioners planning to pursue graduate school or a career transition; or for those who can take a secondment from their current firm. Min. 2 years consulting/strategy or investment experience.
Summer Associate Program
The Summer Associate program is designed for graduate students seeking a 10-week immersive experience in emerging markets investment and strategy during the summer term. Min. 2 years consulting/strategy or investment experience.
